Yes, our guards hold a qualified affiliated security certificate. This provides static guards until security is re-established.
We do provide electrical testing service for schools every five years. With larger installations, we would carry out 20% testing each year.
We would inspect the school’s fire alarm system every six months. Depending on a risk assessment, the testing could be even shorter. Full testing takes places every 12 months.
I am concerned that the school boiler could break down throughout a cold spell. Do you provide a service and how often?

If our school signs up with Olli Construction for a preventative maintenance contract, what will happen if we get an out of school hour emergency?
We provide a 24/7 service for all our clients, and as you will be listed on our PPM client database, we will hold an asset register of all your premises. This will make the shut off isolation, a quick and speedy operation.
The existing Bats Team at Tower Hamlets provide the school with access to a surveyor. Can you supply this service to the school, and do you have a helpdesk?
Yes, our helpdesk is operational 24/7 and this will include building information services and access to a competent building surveyor, at no cost.
All Olli’s trade operatives are CRB checked, qualified and fully trained in all aspects of our services provided. They undergo continuous professional development (CPD).
We do provide apprenticeships as part of our contract with the Local Authority. To gain job specific skills in our trade services including office administration.
