In addition to providing long term insurance-backed warranties, Olli Group offer an aftercare service which is second to none. Our preventative and reactive maintenance teams are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently.

We are extremely proud of our highly qualified and experienced in-house team of specialist tradesmen covering every aspect of construction from demolition, groundworks & drainage, through to bricklaying, carpentry roofing, electrical installation, plumbing & heating and decorators.

Building homes directly for individual owners who will actually live in the houses we build is a personal passion of the Hollington family.

OlliGroup’s housebuilding roots go back decades, to Stan’s work before he founded Olli Construction. From innovative conversions, construction of homes for Housing Associations, new build apartment schemes to bespoke individual houses.
Our most recent schemes include: three 3-bedroomed houses in Epping, Essex (pictured above) and a ‘dream house’ barn conversion in Saxmundham, Suffolk.
