Olli Group Supports International Youth Day in Newham

We were proud to sponsor this year’s International Youth Day celebration at Forest Gate Youth Zone, with an inspiring event that brought together over 100 young people from across Newham to explore the future of work in the digital and green sectors.

Hosted by Our Newham Youth and Newham Data, the event was packed with interactive workshops, creative activities, and thought-provoking panel discussions designed to showcase career opportunities in tech, sustainability, and innovation. Alongside partners including Microsoft, McLaren, Newham College, and the West Ham United Foundation, Olli Group joined in helping young people connect with industry leaders and discover the skills that will shape tomorrow’s workforce.

Mayor Rokhsana Fiaz OBE attended the event, praising the energy, ideas, and ambition of Newham’s youth. She highlighted how events like this are vital in giving young people confidence and direct access to new opportunities.

We were especially pleased to hear feedback from the organisers, who thanked Olli Group for our role in creating “a fun and engaging atmosphere” and for supporting an event that empowered young people to explore their futures with curiosity and confidence. Olli's sponsorship included a motor racing simulator from Race Sim Ltd which added a bit of e-sports dazzle to the event.
